The Works – A Maintenance Plan with Smarts

We also offer regular services for your home that come with discounts and regular specials not available to new customers. From regular panel inspections and maintenance, to smoke detector test and replacement, we can tailor a specific maintenance plan to keep your most valuable asset in safe-working order.

Hourly rates are $155 per hour and are pro-rated every 15 minutes after the first hour. (One hour minimum)

Please note: No trip fees or fuel surcharges are added. We simply charge a one hour minimum for all service call appointments and then prorate in 15-minute increments thereafter. These prices are given as an example or what to expect for our excellent service.
