Welcome to Éleos Electric. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at eleoselectric.com, the electrical services we provide, and our SMS communications. By using our website, engaging our services, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.

Éleos Electric provides residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical services, including repairs, remodels, new construction, and installations (such as EV chargers and generators), as described on our website. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals with over 30 years of industry experience.

3. Estimates and Quotations

We provide estimates based on site visits, drawings, or project descriptions. All quotations are valid for the period stated in the estimate. The final price may be adjusted if unforeseen site conditions, changes to project scope, or additional customer requests arise — with your approval obtained first.

4. Scheduling and Performance

We strive to be punctual for all appointments because we value your time. While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled start times, delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., material delays, previous job overruns, emergencies) may occur. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To help us perform services safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the work area
• Ensure that the work area is free of hazards not related to electrical work
• Obtain any necessary permissions from property owners or managers if you are not the owner
• Secure and remove any valuable items, furniture, or personal belongings from the work area before we arrive

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your estimate or service contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payments via check, major credit card, and other methods identified in your estimate. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

7. SMS Terms and Conditions (Mobile Messaging)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (by checking the SMS consent box on our forms, by texting our number, or by giving verbal consent), you agree to receive Éleos Electric notifications and alerts related to your appointments, estimates, services, and other relevant updates.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or number from which you are receiving messages. After you text "STOP" to us, we will send you a single reply text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the materials we install. Our specific warranties will be detailed in your service agreement. This warranty is limited to the original installation site and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage or issues caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or external factors like power surges or faulty customer-supplied parts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Éleos Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. This does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Safety and Code Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with relevant electrical codes and safety procedures to ensure the safety of all occupants. However, we are not responsible for identifying or remediating pre-existing, non-compliant, or hazardous conditions in your electrical system unless specifically contracted to do so.

11. Changes to Scope of Work

If you request changes to the originally agreed-upon work, we will provide a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding. Any work performed outside the original scope will be subject to additional charges.

12. Website Use and Content

The content on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website or services without notice.

13. Privacy

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
