We strive to be punctual for all appointments as we value your time. While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled start times, delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., material delays, previous job overruns, emergencies) may occur. We will notify you of any significant delays.
5. Customer Responsibilities

After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

All work is performed in accordance with relevant electrical codes and safety procedures, as mentioned on our website, to ensure the safety of all occupants. However, we are not responsible for identifying or remediating pre-existing, non-compliant, or hazardous conditions in your electrical system unless specifically contracted to do so.

If you request changes to the originally agreed-upon work, we will provide a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding. Any work performed outside the original scope will be subject to additional charges.
