Every outlet and switch we install is wired using proper techniques — side-wired screw terminals (never backstabbed), correctly torqued connections, proper wire stripping lengths, and code-compliant device selection for the location. GFCI Outlet Installation

GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) outlets are required by NEC code in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, garages, basements, crawl spaces, outdoor areas, and within 6 feet of any water source. These outlets detect ground faults (current leaking to ground through water, a person, or a damaged wire) and shut off power in 1/40th of a second — fast enough to prevent electrocution.
