We install both new-construction recessed housings (in open ceilings during remodels) and remodel-style housings (which fit through a small ceiling cutout without attic access).

Our standard recessed lighting installation includes IC-rated LED housings (safe for insulation contact), dedicated LED modules with a lifespan of 50,000+ hours, and compatible dimmer switches. We help you choose between 4-inch and 6-inch fixtures, color temperatures (2700K warm white for living areas, 3000K-3500K for kitchens), and beam angles based on your ceiling height and room layout.

For a typical kitchen recessed lighting project, we install 6-8 LED recessed lights on a dimmer circuit, usually completing the work in a single day. Pricing depends on the number of fixtures, attic access, and the distance from the nearest power source.

Track & Rail Lighting

Track lighting offers flexible, directional illumination that's ideal for highlighting artwork, illuminating kitchen islands, or adding adjustable light in spaces where recessed lighting isn't practical. We install standard track systems, cable rail systems, and monorail lighting. Each head can be independently aimed to spotlight exactly where you need light.

Modern track lighting has come a long way from the dated look of the 1990s. Today's systems feature slim, minimalist profiles and integrated LED heads that use a fraction of the energy. Under-Cabinet Lighting
